Library Method™ is a system created by Adrian Wise Santos and operated by GIGO Data, Inc., a Delaware corporation, under exclusive licence.

Purpose

This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of Library Method™ in order to maintain system integrity, security, lawful operation, and evidentiary reliability.

Jurisdictional Scope

This policy operates consistently with the legal posture of Library Method™, including the United States (Delaware), the European Union (EU), and Brasil (BR), where applicable.

Permitted Use

You may use Library Method™ to structure, organise, analyse, and manage information in accordance with applicable law, these policies, and the integrity requirements of the system.

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting service availability or infrastructure
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code or harmful content
• Using the system for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Violating intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• Attempting to reverse engineer or exploit system behaviour except where legally permitted
• Using the system to generate misleading, falsified, or intentionally deceptive records

System Integrity

Users may not engage in activities that compromise the integrity, traceability, reliability, or evidentiary value of structured outputs generated by Library Method™.

Enforcement

GIGO Data, Inc. may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, violation of this policy, legal necessity, or risk to the system or its users.

Relationship to Terms

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
