Library Method™ is a system created by Adrian Wise Santos and operated by GIGO Data, Inc., a Delaware corporation, under exclusive licence.
By accessing or using Library Method™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any related policies incorporated by reference.
These Terms of Service operate within the legal posture of Library Method™, including the United States (Delaware), the European Union (EU), and Brasil (BR), where applicable.
You may use Library Method™ only in compliance with applicable law and for lawful, authorised purposes. You may not use the system in a manner that interferes with its integrity, security, availability, or evidentiary reliability.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information, content, and materials you submit to the system.
You may not misuse Library Method™, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer the system except where such restrictions are prohibited by law, use the system to violate the rights of others, or generate misleading, falsified, or intentionally deceptive records.
Library Method™ and its underlying methodology, structure, documentation, branding, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in Library Method™ is transferred to you except for the limited right to access and use the system in accordance with these terms.
You retain ownership of data you submit. Your use of the system is also governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing page.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the system at any time where reasonably necessary for maintenance, improvement, security, legal compliance, or business operations.
Library Method™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIGO Data, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to use of Library Method™.
We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, breach of these terms, legal necessity, security risk, or other conduct that threatens the system or its users.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory law in the European Union or Brasil applies.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of Library Method™ shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
