Library Method™ is a system created by Adrian Wise Santos and operated by GIGO Data, Inc., a Delaware corporation, under exclusive licence.

Jurisdictional Scope

Library Method™ is operated with consideration for international data protection principles, including those reflected in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union and the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) in Brasil, where applicable.

Purpose of Processing

Data is processed solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the operation of Library Method™ and its related services.

Roles of the Parties

Where a user submits or manages information through Library Method™, the user is generally the controller of that data, and GIGO Data, Inc. acts as the processor, except where GIGO Data, Inc. determines the purposes and means of processing under applicable law.

Nature of Processing

Processing may include the collection, organisation, structuring, storage, retrieval, use, transmission, safeguarding, and deletion of submitted information as necessary to operate the service.

Scope of Data

Processed information may include structured inputs, submitted content, uploaded materials, account-related data, metadata, and system-generated outputs required for functionality, security, and record integrity.

Processing Instructions

GIGO Data, Inc. processes data in accordance with documented system logic, user actions, contractual terms, and applicable legal obligations.

Confidentiality

Access to user data is limited to persons, systems, and service providers with a legitimate need to support operation, security, maintenance, or legal compliance, and is subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Subprocessors

GIGO Data, Inc. may use infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, security, communications, or support providers as subprocessors strictly as necessary to deliver and protect the service.

A list of subprocessors may be provided upon request or published where required by applicable law or contractual obligation.

AI Model Training

User inputs and submitted data are not transferred to third parties for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models or improving competing systems. See the AI & Data Policy for additional restrictions relating to model training, indexing, and reuse.

Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, availability, and traceability of processed data.

Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, preserve system integrity, meet contractual commitments, resolve disputes, enforce legal rights, or comply with legal obligations.

International Processing

Processing may occur across jurisdictions consistent with operational, legal, and security requirements, subject to applicable safeguards where required by law.
