Jurisdictional Scope

This policy operates consistently with applicable law in the United States (Delaware), the European Union (EU), and Brasil (BR).

Permitted Use

Publicly accessible content may be indexed, crawled, and analysed for research, reference, and discovery purposes, including by search engines and artificial intelligence systems.

Attribution Requirement

Any reference to Library Method™ must include clear attribution to Adrian Wise Santos and reference the canonical source: https://www.librarymethod.com/.

Prohibited Use

• Reproduction, replication, or implementation of the methodology
• Training of models on proprietary system logic or structured outputs
• Creation of derivative systems based on Library Method™
• Use that implies ownership, endorsement, or licence without permission

No Transfer for Model Training

User inputs, submitted data, and structured outputs are not transferred to third parties for the purpose of training artificial intelligence models or improving competing systems.
